Award-winning American rapper Jidenna has hailed Uganda’s tourism sector as a top-notch for everyone looking to visit as he says he will soon visit the pearl of Africa again.
Prior to his performance at the Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards, American rapper Jidenna Theodore Mobisson toured several parts of the country and revealed what a beauty it was.
The singer arrived in Uganda five days before his first performance and his team revealed how he was to stay in the Pearl Of Africa for a week. Many people wondered why a big star of his reputation would spend such a long time in Uganda.
Well, his plan was to take a keener look at beautiful Uganda and to discover why it is called the Pearl Of Africa. On that account, he visited the Murchison Falls National Park courtesy of the Uganda Tourism Board and Talent Africa.
In the three days the ‘Bambi’ singer spent in Murchison Falls, he marveled at the beauty of River Nile which consists of Hippos, Crocodiles, Waterbucks, and Buffaloes.
He was also amazed by the wildlife which included Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Giraffes, Hartebeests, Oribis, Uganda Kobs, Chimpanzees, and several other bird species.
Jidenna took a game drive together with his team, rode on the bike through the game park, a boat ride on Lake Victoria, and a hike on top of Murchison Falls which he termed as magnificent and euphoric.
The trip to Murchison Falls was magnificent and euphoric. I was in awe and struck by the power, force, and finesse of the waterfall. What I love about here was being surrounded by nature, water, and greenery. I learned a lot about animals on this trip and realized they are just like people in many ways. Uganda will definitely be a country I visit again really soon.
